The inception of Verticate began with an ideation and strategic planning phase, followed by the appointment of a dynamic board of key members. Our focus was channeled towards comprehensive legal, corporate, financial, technical, and compliance research and feasibility studies, thereby establishing a firm foundation for Verticate's development.
The Verticate team is continuously fortified by the appointment of strategic advisors and officers. Their insights and rich experiences are an invaluable resource in shaping our forward path.
Our next milestone was the creation of the Verticate whitepaper, website, and the foundation of our social media presence. This crucial step was geared towards cultivating an informed community that could engage with and understand our mission. Concurrently, we established and incorporated the appropriate corporate structure, thereby strengthening Verticate's legal, compliance, and organizational position. It also marked the initiation of our tech development, which led to our first functional MVP.
This leads us our current circumstances, pre-initiation of token capital rounds. A vital step in securing the necessary resources for our development and expansion.
Upon establishing our financial base, we will engage in the business development of products, finalization of our signature signings, partnerships, and general systems. Importantly, this will mark the onset of an intensive phase of technical development. Alongside this, based upon market feedback, we will continuously refine our marketing strategy and approach potential collaborations with a view to finalizing our branding and strategy.
The launch of the VERT token will be a pivotal moment for Verticate, marking the completion and release of the VERT token and select products. Prior to going live, each product will undergo a testing phase comprising closed alpha testing, public beta testing, and multiple rounds of rigorous security testing. This thorough approach ensures the stability and safety of Verticate.
Post the launch of our initial product catalogue, our focus will shift towards streamlining existing products, expanding Verticate's reach, and onboarding more businesses. We will persistently research and develop future products while carrying forward our marketing endeavors to spread the word about Verticate.
